In partnership with the community's Week of the Young Child celebration, Sheldon Museum of Art will offer tours and readings of Caps for Sale books written and illustrated by Esphyr Slobodkina.
Sheldon docent Cecelia Ruley will offer tours and reading opportunities beginning at 5:15 p.m. and docent Margee Bartle will offer a similar program at 6:15 p.m.The events will be in Gallery C, where the exhibition Rediscovering Slobodkina: Pioneer of American Abstraction is on view.
Admission to the Museum and to these events is free and the public is invited.
